1. TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT OFF TIME

Order Cut Off Time:

To ensure timely processing, orders must be placed before 04:00 PM (GMT -08:00 PST) to be included in the day’s processing batch.

Handling and Packaging:

Paws & Velvet takes great care in handling and packaging orders to ensure products arrive in excellent condition.
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).

Transit Time:

Standard transit time is 5–6 business days (Monday to Friday).

Please note that during peak seasons or promotional periods, there may be slight delays in order processing. Once your order is processed, our dedicated team ensures that it is carefully packed and prepared for transit. We collaborate with reliable shipping partners to deliver your ordered product to your doorstep with the utmost care. In case of any delay, we will contact you promptly.

Total Delivery Time:

Your order will arrive within 6–8 business days.


2. TRACKING

Order Tracking:

Once an order is shipped, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. This allows customers to monitor the status and location of their package in real time. Customers can also check order status through the Track Your Order page.

Tracking Information Availability:

Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to become available after the order has been shipped.


3. CANCELLATION

Cancellation Window:

Customers have a limited time window to cancel an order after it has been placed. Once the order moves to the dispatching stage, cancellations may not be possible.

Cancellation Process:

To cancel an order, customers are advised to contact our customer support team at support@pawsandvelvet.com promptly. We will make every effort to accommodate cancellation requests within the specified window.

Refund for Canceled Orders:

Canceled orders within the allowable time frame will be eligible for a refund according to our Refund & Return Policy.


4. INCORRECT ADDRESS

Address Verification:

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during the checkout process. Paws & Velvet is not liable for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Address Correction:

If an incorrect address is identified before the order is shipped, customers should contact our customer support team promptly to request an address correction. Additional charges may apply.

Undeliverable Packages:

If a package is returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, customers may be responsible for reshipping fees or other associated costs.
